  • What is the return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days after purchase. Must include all tags, unworn, unwashed, please email info@nicenaughty.shop with order number. Expect response within 72 hours. Must pay for shipping return costs.
  • What are the shipping options?
    Standard -

    Expedited -

    Drop Off - If you are within 25 miles radius of Lisle, IL 60532 drop off available. 
    Same day drop off after 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm CST.
    Must place order before 1:00pm CST for Same day delivery, any order after 1:00 pm CST will be dropped off next business day between 2:00 pm - 8:00pm CST.

    Pick Up - If you are within 25 miles radius of Lisle, IL 60532 pick up available. 
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    -     Contact info@nicenaughty.shop with your order number and correct address. Expect response within 72 hours with resolution. 

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    -     Contact info@nicenaughty.shop with your order number and photo of damage. Ensure tags are still attached, does not apply to worn items.
